General
Civil Law includes landlord/ tenant, neighbor disputes, homeowner
association controversies, disagreements arising from the buying or
selling of real property or personal property, consumer complaints, or
business disputes.
As a
philosophy, our firm encourages settlement by mediation or private
agreement IF IT IS POSSIBLE TO RESOLVE A DISPUTE FAIRLY and in the best
interests of our client. However, that is not always possible.
We offer a
reduced price consultation for you to discuss the facts of the problem
with the attorney and for the attorney to give you her best opinion of
the law applicable to your issue and your options. The consultation does
not require you to contract with the attorney’s for extended legal
services; it is up to you and the attorney to decide on further
representation.
If you do
require formal representation, the attorney will discuss fee matters, as
well as case strategy with you. We are ready and able to vigorously
represent your best interests before the court. For the duration of the
matter, you will have responsive and continual communication with your
attorney. We pride ourselves in serving our client’s needs,
operating in a professional manner at all times
and providing thorough and aggressive representation as required.
